Title: Change the PFPX webpage status
Post by: ajpongress on June 24, 2013, 05:08:06 AM
Having it say "virtually finished" since christmas and just "documentation" to finish when we're pushing July is...silly?
Just a suggestion.
New people will be confused and might think you're actually close to releasing it

If the software really was "virtually finished" there would not be a new version every month :-) This shows conclusively that virtually finished is a big lie to stay calm potential users. That said, I would not expect any relase even this year ... Since there is no viable competitors on the market it is clear that CG has no interest to publish the product.

Take care!

Why on earth are you waisting the bandwith and your time  about a future release it s coming but not when you want.

we re still evaluationg the lastest beta version, the product is still alive but you wont get before it s working perfectly.

if you re not happy im pretty sure you ll find another to pee in a coffee mug of someone else but not here please.

Philippe.

Nice attitude.
I made a suggestion for the website since it's clearly outdated and you spit in my face. :)

Also, I have news for you. NOTHING will ever work "perfectly". It's computer software and there will always be bugs, no matter how big or small.
Chasing perfection is an illusion. It will never happen.

Meanwhile the product page says "finished" for six months. That isn't finished, hence why I made the suggestion.

Got any other insults to throw my way?

there is no insult there.

only facts

what are your contributions over here since you registered here. 6 about the release nothing else.

sorry but I think that is enough about those threads where there is no positive attitude and only bitching, moaning, complaining and not bringing up anything else just about a release.

wait it will be there.

end from my side.

They were insults. Doesn't matter how much you try to sugar coat it.

And I didn't realize there was a required post count # before you can offer suggestions, which it was.
Glad you're done.

am i the only one that senses that if attitudes continue like this, an eventual total PFPX forum shutdown is possible until pfpx is released?
